You means that you want to transfer data to Samsung from Android phone , lets say you are going to transfer contacts from phone to phone, then in that case you should install the app on pc, for this exaple you can transfer SMS ,contacts, photos,videos,music and other phone app to Samsung ,as well as iPhone /computer /other Android phone .

To Recover Data from Broken Android Phone, first connect it to computer via USB Cable.
