Just thought I would add i'm pretty sure it's because my objects dont appear to be solid… If I say cut into it and subtract it leaves a hole and i can see the inside of the object… it seems all the walls are 2d.

I'm following: http://wiki.makerbot.com/google-sketchup

I first made a model of something then tried to get the stl file using CADspan… it comes up as 0 size in skeinforge.

Next I tried something simple… I drew a square used the push/pull tool in sketchup to make it a cube.. did the same thing… and this one basically crashes skeinforge.. I have a feeling i'm doinbg soemthing wrong.

anyone want to point me in the right direction?
