						 <p>Sometimes it becomes very difficult to deal with such kind of situation and it happens most of the time in business. I would like to tell you that first you try by changing your belt because some of the belt are come tight technical person know how to deal with the situation and they can manage by their situation also or if i say out of the company setup techniques.</p>

						 <p>After assembly of the Y stage and self alignment tip, the belt is way too tight.<br /> The motor can not be adjusted any looser due to the rod bearing bolt heads are stopping<br /> the adjustment in that direction.</p> <p>Does anybody have a solution for this problem? Or should I be concerned ?</p>
