Generate Gcode, insert SD card into computer, click the export to SD card button, "Build to file failed: File Not Found!" "Done Building!" comes up

Had shelved the cupcake for a year or so and had time to get back into it. Upgraded to latest everything but didnt play nice together. ended up using firmware 2.4 on MB and 2.6 on extruder with replicatorg 0021. played nice together until mid build the cupcake stopped. Now replicator reports cant connect to firmware and lights on all boards wont light up. When reset red led lights up and blinks but then nothing. I think I killed my makerbot.... HELP!!!!!

Does anyone know how to get the build platform temperature reading correctley on Gen 4 electronics while retaining standard cupcake automated build platform (same PCB as HBP)

Hi all, I'm new to makerbotting, using a new replicator with skeinforge 47. I'm having a lot of problems printing from SD where prints seemingly randomly "stop" mid print. In some cases I can hear the motors still running - sounds like the steppers are almost stuck. in other cases it stops with no noise other than the fan running. I'm trying a print from the computer now to see if this works better than the SD. Is anyone else having this issue? Thanks! Seth
