I put my first version of regular solids for use as dice up as my first upload to Thingiverse:

I think the d20 hasn't been rotated to print yet (it'll probably come out bad if printed balanced on its tip) and there are other issues, but it's a first version. Hopefully the 3D print community is headed towards being big enough to obviate these particular files quickly, replaced with more symmetrical, engraved and hollow-to-save-ABS dice.
*EDIT: fixed the d20. Also improved the "flatness" of the d10's sides. (Amusing fact: d10 and d20 are topologically identical, with the only difference being a scale on the middle verticies.)
