Cupcake X Stage Assembly / Discussion

Inventory lists 3 m6 nuts but the directions only mention two of them. If I assemble it this way and tighten the M6 bolt, the pulley binds. I assume I'm suppose to put two M6 nuts between the X stage and the small pulley? Also, there's 3 m6 washers in the same baggie that are not mentioned.

There are plenty of M6 nuts and washers in the kit to adjust the printed pulleys. I used something like 2 nuts and a washer to get the right distance (between X stage and pulley) so that the belt is not pulled up/downwards - thought that might help to reduce friction and make things run smoother.
