I have had a few issues with the completeness of my MakerBot. Once I figured out what each piece was and did a full inventory of the entire kit, I realized I was missing something. I paid good money for this kit, yet it was missing more than one small piece. Yes, friends and neighbors, every single electronics kit was missing at least one component. Every single one.
I do not fault the customer service. These men have been quite gracious in providing the missing components. I know that future electronics boards will come fully assembled. I also realize that things were probably hectic with this shipment, with the stepper motors needing to be specially ordered and the move to the new building imminent. However, quality control should still be a high priority.
I just feel the need to express my disappointment and frustration.
