extruder stops and starts
Our extruder produces good thread for a while and then the motor stalls. If we push on the plastic feed, it will go through and continue for a while and then stall out again.
We've tried a range of temperatures from 210 to 240 and the higher temperatures seem to work better, but not well enough. If we tighten the extruder wheel, then the motor just stalls. If we loosen the extruder wheel, then the feed stops while the motor continues to turn.
