Each roll of PLA can be slightly different so it's hard to say.
Each printer also has a personality.
For example, my Ultimaker likes 240C for the extruder and prints on cold painterstape over a sheet of glass bed.
My cupcake with a Mk6 liked 180-190C for the extruder and the bed around 70C on kapton
My T-O-M MK6+ liked 195C and 75C bed
By far, one thing is sure, you want and really need a cooling fan for pla on anything with small towers as the PLA hold the heat and thus the previous layer will not be solid enough when the next layers are printed.
Slowing down printing with PLA will also cause problems as PLA breaks down in the nozzle and will jam or clog. Also, never leave the extruder hot for long and not printing. In other words, don't pre-heat and then begin creating gcode to save time. You need to heat the head and begin printing as fast as possible. I also modified my end.gcode for an extra long retraction, and then aslo made the start.gcode with a longer prime. This way, you keep less plastic in the nozzle as it heats up and cools down, preventing premature burning of the filament and clogging the nozzle.
