Updating the software and firmware seems to have introduced a problem with the extruder fan not coming on when I print.

I'm using a TOM with MK7 extruder. Everything was working fine and then I upgraded to ReplicatorG 0040 and updated the firmware to Motherboard v4.1 and Extruder v3.1 Now my extruder fan doesn't come on when I am printing. Is there a setting I need to change to get the fan to come back on?

The problem is that this causes overheating (I'm guessing) when I try to print and then the filament doesn't feed correctly to allow the extruder to work correctly.

Everything was working correctly until I updated the software and firmware.

From RepG > Machine Onboard Preferences go to the Extruder tab.
Then enable the fan and set a set point temp such as 50 C.
