The Relay Board Mount Kit is an amazing new way to mount your relay board on your MakerBot utilizing your stepper driver board.

Choose a stepper driver on which to mount the relay board. The next steps work best when your MakerBot is on its side. Be careful not to let your extruder flop around.

Remove the M3x16 mm bolts from the stepper driver. Keep the nuts handy, you will need them in a moment.

Place an M3x50 mm bolt through one of the holes from the inside. Having the bolt heads on the inside will ensure the Z stage has enough clearance to move.

Place a 1 inch spacer over the bolt.

Place the relay board mount over the bolt.

Place a nut on the bolt just enough to keep things from falling apart. Ensure a power supply cable will reach the power connector of the relay board. If you need to switch around power connectors or reorient the relay board, do so now.
